Just to say a big thank you with regards to my recent order. Although I now reside in Spain you made no extra charge for delivery (which I was quite prepared for and happy to do so) and delivery to me as quick as if in the UK.
Brilliant service couldn't be better, once again.

I appreciate your sending me a replacement pair of glasses and I am quite sure that the damage was caused by the postal service.
It is only when a problem arises that you see the true customer service given by a supplier. I am sure that my wife and I will order from you in future and we will also recommend you to friends and relatives.

Thank you, the +4 and +4.5 have just arrived Saturday, the main thing is THEY WORK , which was a surprise, and good quality too. My Husband can now read….with both, many thanks he is registered blind.
