I spoke with a gentleman on the phone the other day after I had messed up my order myself.

He advised me on how to calculate the correct strength from my prescription, accepted my return, issued me with a new pair of glasses, all within 2 / 3 days

That level of courtesy, efficiency and manners is unheard of in modern day online buying, and much appreciated.

Best reading glasses I've ever owned -- and I have owned them for a very long time. I always keep two pairs in every room (and somehow, they always end up crowded into the same room -- my study of course. Then I start the daily search, yet again, and make sure there are two pairs in every room, and on every desk, or table, or work surface. I don't know how on earth I can lose so many of them (under the bed, maybe?), but every few years I do have to stock up again -- which is of ccourse when I start finding them yet again, sometimes on the garden table, after the rain. They survive even that -- so I am never, ever without my Eyelids. Thanks, guys. DV
